*NEW SELF-ESTEEM GROUPS STARTING FOR PRETEEN AND TEEN GIRLS*
Do you notice your child/teen struggling with her self esteem? Has the topic of school become a topic that they don't want want to talk about? Have you noticed a changed in self confidence or grades in school? Has diversity and self love become more of a topic of conversation? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this group is exactly what you NEED! As a parent, you constantly want what is best for your child/teen but sometimes question yourself depending on their reactions, there may be things happening that they don't share, they may feel more comfortable sharing with peers, this is common and groups are a great way to build self esteem, feel a sense of belonging, and see that they are not alone and have support from peers. I am a licensed psychotherapist and I believe that being your best self starts young and children/teens today have obstacles that didn't exist previously that should be addressed. I also believe group therapy should be fun and include snacks ,who doesn't love snacks! That being said, it is time to regain self confidence and self love while navigating childhood and teen years, I am currently filling groups for preteen and teen girls!
